About

I am an associate professor of English & Humanities Computing at the University of Alberta. I’m interested in data-centric humanities (like prosopographies), scripting languages, and data visualizations. I teach a yearly course at the Digital Humanities Summer Institute (dhsi.org) and am currently drafting those materials into a book, Database Concepts for Digital Humanists.
